PIPELINES ACT 1967 - SECT 26
Waste or escape of substances from pipelines
26 Waste or escape of substances from pipelines
A licensee shall not permit or suffer the waste or escape of any substance
from the pipeline or any part thereof.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units for
each day on which the offence occurs.
