OZONE PROTECTION ACT 1989 - SECT 32

32 Consultation prior to making of regulations

(1) Regulations may only be made on the recommendation of the Minister.

(2) Before recommending that regulations be made, the Minister must consult with a committee consisting of the Minister and the following Ministers:

(a) Minister for Health,

(b) Minister for Agriculture and Rural Affairs,

(c) Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs,

(d) Minister for Minerals and Energy,

(e) Minister for Natural Resources,

(f) Minister for Local Government and the Minister for Planning.
