OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2000 - SECT 75

75 Access to things taken

(1) Until a thing taken under section 60 is forfeited or returned, an inspector must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a document, to copy it.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
