Notification of use of force on entry
55 Notification of use of force on entry
(1) An inspector authorised to
enter premises under this Division who uses force for the purpose of gaining
entry to the premises must promptly advise WorkCover of the use of force.
(2)
WorkCover must give written notice of the entry to such persons or authorities
as appear to WorkCover to be appropriate in the circumstances.
