Person not to interfere with or misuse things provided for health, safety and welfare
21 Person not to interfere with or misuse things provided for health, safety
and welfare
A person must not, intentionally or recklessly, interfere with or misuse
anything provided in the interests of health, safety and welfare under
occupational health and safety legislation.
Maximum penalty: (a) in the case
of a previous offender-45 penalty units, or
(b) in any other case-30 penalty
units.
