OPTICAL DISPENSERS ACT 1963 - SECT 4

4 Optical Dispensers Licensing Board

(1) There shall be constituted a board, to be called the Optical Dispensers Licensing Board, which shall have and may exercise and discharge the powers, authorities, duties and functions conferred and imposed upon the board by or under this Act.

(2) The Board cannot employ any staff.

Note: Staff may be employed under Chapter 1A of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 in the Government Service to enable the Board to exercise its functions.
