(b) that on any date or during any period mentioned in the certificate:shall, in all courts and before all persons and bodies authorised by law to receive evidence, be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein.(i) the licence under section 22 of any person so mentioned was suspended,(ii) the provisional licence under section 22A of any person so mentioned was cancelled, or(iii) the approval under section 22B of any person so mentioned was revoked or varied,
