New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny person who wilfully makes or causes to be made any false entry in or falsification of the register, and any person who wilfully procures or attempts to procure the person or any other person to be licensed under this Act by making or producing, or causing to be made or produced, any false or fraudulent representation or declaration, either verbally or in writing, and any person aiding or assisting therein, shall be guilty of an indictable offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to be imprisoned for a period not exceeding twelve months.
