New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Act, a person is competent to practise osteopathy only if the person has sufficient physical capacity, mental capacity and skill to practise osteopathy and has sufficient communication skills for the practice of osteopathy, including an adequate command of the English language.
