New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsEvery person who but for this Act might be required to take such oath or make such affidavit shall, in the presence of the officer or person empowered by the Act or regulation imposing the same to administer such oath or take such affidavit, make and subscribe such declaration; and such officer or person is hereby empowered and required to administer such declaration accordingly.
