NATIVE VEGETATION ACT 2003 - SECT 19

19 Clearing of non-protected regrowth permitted

(1) Clearing of native vegetation that is only regrowth, but not protected regrowth, is permitted.

(2) This section is subject to any exclusion in a property vegetation plan.
