Parties to proceedings before ADT
35 Parties to proceedings before ADT
(1) The following are parties to proceedings before the Tribunal under this
Part: (a) the relevant authority of the State (the applicant in the
proceedings),
(b) the objector (the respondent in the proceedings),
(c) any
other person who becomes a party in accordance with section 67 of the
Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 .
Note: Section 67 (4) of the ADT
Act authorises the Tribunal to make a person a party to the proceedings if
their interests are likely to be affected by a determination of the Tribunal.
(2) The Minister may, on behalf of the State, intervene in proceedings before
the Tribunal under this Part.
