NATIONAL TRUST OF AUSTRALIA (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1990 - SECT 7
Seal of the Trust
7 Seal of the Trust
(1) The seal of the Trust is to be kept by the Executive Director and is to be
affixed to a document only: (a) in the presence of the Executive Director and
one other director or in the presence of any 3 directors, and
(b) with an
attestation by the signatures of those directors of the fact of the affixing
of the seal.
(2) Any document requiring authentication by the Trust may be
sufficiently authenticated without the seal of the Trust if it is signed by
the President of the Board or the Executive Director or by any member of the
staff of the Trust authorised to do so by the President or the
Executive Director.
