NATIONAL TRUST OF AUSTRALIA (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1990 - SECT 19
Protection of persons involved in property transactions
(1) Any property sold or otherwise disposed of by way of a
property transaction purporting to have been effected under this Part vests in
the person acquiring the property by virtue of the sale or disposition freed
and discharged from any trust or condition relating to the sale or disposition
of the property or to the use of the property, to which the property was
subject in the hands of the Trust.
(2) A person so acquiring property from
the Trust need not be concerned to inquire whether circumstances have arisen
to authorise the sale or other disposition or whether the power was otherwise
properly and regularly exercised or to see to the application of any
consideration paid to the Trust.
