Protection of interests of managed person on partition82 Protection of interests of managed person on partition

If property is exchanged under this Act on behalf of a managed person, it is
subject to the same uses, trusts, charges, dispositions, devices and
conditions that the property given in exchange would have been subject to if
it had not been exchanged.
