(1) The NSW Trustee may prepare a financial plan for the estate of a
managed person and may charge a fee for the preparation of the financial plan.
(2) The NSW Trustee may prepare a financial plan for the estate of a
managed person for which it is not the manager only if requested to do so by
the manager.
