NSW TRUSTEE AND GUARDIAN ACT 2009 - SECT 7
Chief Executive Officer
(1) The Governor may appoint a Chief Executive Officer of the NSW Trustee.
(2) Schedule 3 contains provisions relating to the Chief Executive Officer.
(5) The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management
of the affairs of the NSW Trustee.
(6) Any act, matter or thing done in the
name of, or on behalf of, the NSW Trustee by the Chief Executive Officer is
taken to have been done by the NSW Trustee.
