7 Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 not to apply to members
other than the Director
The Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 does not apply to or in
respect of the appointment of any appointed member, and an appointed member is
not, in the member’s capacity as such a member, subject to the provisions of
that Act.
