NEW SOUTH WALES CRIME COMMISSION ACT 1985 - SECT 22

22 Contempt of Commission

A person shall not:

(a) obstruct or hinder the Commission, a member of the Commission or a member of the staff of the Commission in the exercise of the functions of the Commission, or

(b) disrupt a hearing before the Commission.

Penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
