NEW SOUTH WALES CRIME COMMISSION ACT 1985 - SECT 14

14 Reimbursement of expenses of witnesses

A witness appearing before the Commission shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament in respect of the expenses of the witness’s attendance such amount as the Commission determines.
