NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION ACT 2003 - SECT 8
Assistant Commissioners
(1) The Commissioner may, with the concurrence of the Minister, appoint
Assistant Commissioners for the Natural Resources Commission.
(2) An
Assistant Commissioner has the functions conferred or imposed on the
Assistant Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.
(3) An
Assistant Commissioner is to assist the Commissioner, as the Commissioner
requires.
