NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION ACT 2003 - SECT 7
Commissioner
(1) The Governor may appoint a Commissioner for the Natural Resources
Commission.
(2) The Commissioner has the functions conferred or imposed on
the Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.
