SCHEDULE 3 – Parts of State forests set apart as flora reserves under Forestry Act 1916

1 Carabost Flora Reserve No 180

An area of about 2,800 hectares, being the part of Carabost State Forest No 647, dedicated 12 July 1918, and the part of Nos 1, 4, 5, 6 and 9 Extensions thereto dedicated 26 June 1925, 18 April 1952, 22 June 1962, 13 September 1968 and 23 February 1990, respectively, in the Parish of Carabost, County of Wynyard, and the Parish of Yarara, County of Goulburn, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1389 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.

2 Currowan Creek Flora Reserve No 183

An area of about 71 hectares, being the part of Currowan State Forest No 820 No 3 Extension, dedicated 30 August 1963, in the Parish of Murrengenburg, County of St Vincent, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1392 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.

3 Jerrabattgulla Flora Reserve No 182

An area of about 29 hectares, being the part of Tallaganda State Forest No 577 No 19 Extension, dedicated 31 October 1980, in the Parish of Jinden, County of Dampier, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1391 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.

4 Mares Hill Flora Reserve No 184

An area of about 18 hectares, being the part of Yadboro State Forest No 974, dedicated 6 April 1962, in the Parish of Burrill, County of St Vincent, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1393 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.

5 Mundaroo Flora Reserve No 181

An area of about 1,945 hectares, being the part of Mundaroo State Forest No 646, dedicated 12 July 1918, Nos 1 and 5 Extensions thereto dedicated 28 July 1922 and 18 April 1975, respectively, and the part of Nos 4 and 6 Extensions thereto dedicated 26 March 1971 and 4 December 1992, respectively, in the Parish of Coppabella, County of Goulburn, and the Parishes of Glenroy and Jingellic East, County of Selwyn, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1390 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.

6 Murraguldrie Flora Reserve No 179

An area of about 1,520 hectares, being the part of Murraguldrie State Forest No 403, dedicated 29 June 1917, the part of Nos 2 and 6 Extensions thereto dedicated 6 February 1920 and 5 September 1958, respectively, and Nos 3 and 5 Extensions thereto dedicated 24 April 1924 and 9 January 1931, respectively, in the Parish of Murraguldrie, County of Wynyard, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1388 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.

7 Old Jeremiah Flora Reserve No 178

An area of about 1,630 hectares, being the part of Bungongo State Forest No 582, dedicated 26 October 1917, No 3 Extension thereto dedicated 20 December 1974, and the part of Nos 1, 4 and 6 Extensions thereto dedicated 28 March 1924, 17 July 1981 and 5 February 1993, respectively, in the Parishes of Bungongo and Childowla, County of Buccleuch, within the land shown by hatching on the diagram catalogued Misc F 1387 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.
