That area includes the land identified as Lot 1 on the diagram catalogued Misc R 01033 in the Department of Environment and Climate Change (except for any land identified on that diagram as being part of both Lots 1 and 2).
That area does not include the following land:(a) the land identified as Lot 1, and as having an area of approximately 5762 square metres, on the diagram catalogued Misc R 01017 in the Department of Environment and Climate Change,(b) the land identified as Lot 2 on the diagram catalogued Misc R 01033 in the Department of Environment and Climate Change.

(1) An area of about 228 hectares, being the part of Yerriyong State Forest No 920 No 8 Extension, dedicated 4 February 1983, in the Parishes of Jerrawangala, Tomerong and Wandrawandian, County of St Vincent, and being the land designated as 867-01 on the diagram catalogued Misc R 00082 (Third Edition) in the New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife Service, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.
That area does not include the land identified as lots 15, 17, 25 and 26 on the plan numbered DP1075211 that is lodged for registration in the office of the Registrar-General.
