NATIONAL PARK ESTATE (SOUTHERN REGION RESERVATIONS) ACT 2000 - SECT 3

3 Definitions

In this Act:
"Crown land" means Crown land within the meaning of the Crown Lands Act 1989 .
"national park estate" means:

(a) land declared as a wilderness area under the Wilderness Act 1987 or the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 , or

(b) land reserved or dedicated under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 , or

(c) land dedicated or set apart as a flora reserve under the Forestry Act 1916 , or

(d) land dedicated or reserved for a similar public purpose under the Crown Lands Act 1989 , or

(e) land vested in the Minister administering the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 for the purposes of Part 11 of that Act.
