NATIONAL PARK ESTATE (SOUTHERN REGION RESERVATIONS) ACT 2000 - SECT 11

11 Changes within national park estate

(1) The reservation or dedication under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 as national park or nature reserve of the land described in Part 1 of Schedule 6 is revoked and the land is reserved under that Act as part of Gulaga National Park.

(2) The reservation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 of land as Burrinjuck State Recreation Area is revoked and:

(a) that part of that land that is described in Part 2 of Schedule 6 is dedicated as part of Burrinjuck Nature Reserve under that Act, and

(b) the balance of that land is Crown land dedicated for the purposes of public recreation under Part 5 of the Crown Lands Act 1989 .
