NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 91D
Duration of interim protection order
(1) An interim protection order has effect for such period, being not longer
than 2 years, as is specified in the order.
(2) An order ceases to have
effect if the area of land subject to the order is reserved or dedicated under
this Act or the order is revoked.
