NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 73
State forests
(1) The Director-General may, from time to time, with the concurrence in
writing of the Forestry Commission, cause a plan of management to be prepared
for any State forest.
(3) This section applies to and in respect of a
State forest that is comprised wholly or partly of lands within a
wildlife refuge or conservation area or that is not comprised of any such
lands.
