Dating and registration of re-negotiated lease
71AJ Dating and registration of re-negotiated lease
(1) The Minister must cause the date on which a re-negotiated lease takes
effect under this Division to be inserted in the lease as-- (a) the date of
execution of the lease, and
(b) the date of the commencement of the term of
the lease.
