NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 155A

155A Kosciuszko National Park

The regulations may confer or impose on the Secretary, with any necessary modifications, any function relating to the health of the public in Kosciuszko National Park that is, or but for being modified would be, the same as a function conferred or imposed on a council constituted by the Local Government Act 1993 in relation to the health of the public in its area.
