NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1995 - SECT 23

23 Report by Minister on implementation and effectiveness of measures

(1) The Minister of the State who is a member of the Council is, after each reporting year of the Council, to prepare a report on the implementation of national environment protection measures during that year by the State and the effectiveness of those measures.

(2) A report under subsection (1) must be submitted to the Council by the 30 September next following each reporting year.

(3) In this section:
"reporting year" means a year ending on 30 June.
