Consideration of plan
23 Consideration of plan
(1) The Minister is to determine whether the conservation priorities of the
Trust specified in the draft business plan delivered to the Minister under
section 22 are consistent with any regulations made under section 46 (2) (a).
(2) The Minister may either endorse or refuse to endorse the
conservation priorities specified in the draft plan.
(3) If the Minister
refuses to endorse the conservation priorities specified in the draft plan,
the Minister is to return the draft plan to the Trust with written reasons for
the refusal.
(4) If the Minister does not return the draft plan in accordance
with subsection (3) within 28 days after it is delivered, the Minister is
taken to have endorsed the conservation priorities specified in it.
