4 Application of Act

(1) This Act binds the Crown.

(2) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of any of the following Acts:

Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 .

Fisheries Management Act 1994 .

National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 .

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979 .

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 .
