New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsOn application made by a person having a prescribed interest in any land capable of being used as a motor vehicle racing ground, the Minister may issue a licence to the applicant authorising the holding on that land of meetings for motor vehicle racing at which such types of motor vehicles as may be specified in the licence (or, where the licence so specifies, any type of motor vehicle) may compete.
