MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIRS ACT 1980 - SECT 23

23 Application for tradesperson’s certificate

An application for the grant of a tradesperson’s certificate shall:

(a) be lodged with the Authority, and

(b) specify the class or classes of repair work in respect of which the application is made.
