MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIRS ACT 1980 - SECT 12
Role of General Manager
(1) The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the
Authority.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of,
the Authority by the General Manager is taken to have been done by the
Authority.
