MOTOR VEHICLES (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) ACT 1942 - SECT 6A
Scheme
6A Scheme
(1) The provisions of this Act relating to third-party policies shall
constitute a scheme to be known as the “Department of Motor Transport Third
Party Insurance Scheme”.
(2) The Government Insurance Office shall be the
manager of the Department of Motor Transport Third Party Insurance Scheme.
