New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere a judgment is obtained for payment of damages in respect of the death of or bodily injury to any person caused by or arising out of the use of an insured motor vehicle as well as for damages in respect of any other matter, the court shall as part of such judgment declare what portion of the sum awarded by such judgment is in respect of such death or bodily injury and shall apportion any costs awarded.
