New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe trustees may, with the approval of the Governor, at any time nominate and appoint any person whom they may consider qualified by reason of his scientific or business attainments or by reason of his standing as a pastoralist to be a trustee, and any person so nominated shall be a member of the said body corporate.
