New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsNo member of the body corporate shall be entitled to any interest whatever in the profits of the body corporate except by way of remuneration, or to any share in the assets of the body corporate on a dissolution or sale thereof; but all the profits of the body corporate, except as aforesaid, shall be applied to further the objects of the body corporate, and all the assets of the body corporate shall be applied at the discretion of the trustees in furthering the objects for which the body corporate was established.
