Withdrawal and revocation of notices
125J Withdrawal and revocation of notices
(1) An improvement notice or a prohibition notice may be withdrawn at any time
by the Minister or the authorised officer who gave the notice.
(2) The
withdrawal has effect when notice of the withdrawal is given to the person to
whom the notice was given.
(3) The withdrawal or revocation of an improvement
notice or a prohibition notice does not prevent the giving of any other
improvement notice or prohibition notice.
