Land vested in Board taken to be Crown land for certain purposes
13YB Land vested in Board taken to be Crown land for certain purposes
For the purposes of the Offshore Minerals Act 1999 , the Mining Act 1992 and
the Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991 , land vested in the Board shall be deemed to
be and to have always been Crown land.
