New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Board may hire or lease to any person any vessels, floating and movable plant, mobile cranes, vehicles, machinery or apparatus together with the services of any persons employed in the operation thereof upon such terms as it deems fit, and may dispose of any vessels, floating and movable plant, mobile cranes, vehicles, machinery, apparatus, tools or materials which are or have become unnecessary for the conduct of its functions by sale or otherwise to any person in such manner as it deems fit.
