New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf the Board and the Minister for Public Works are unable to agree upon any question or matter arising under or in connection with section 13E or 13F, the question or matter shall be referred to a Joint Committee and shall be determined by the Treasurer in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 13B. The provisions of the said subsection applicable to the constitution of Joint Committees shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the constitution of a Joint Committee under this section.
