Amendment by
The Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Amendment) Regulations of the Commonwealth notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 23.6.1993. Regulation 2 amended the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 of the Commonwealth. The text of Regulation 2 is as follows:
2 Amendment of Schedule 2 to Act (Permanent exemptions: laws relating to goods) Schedule 2 to the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 is amended by adding at the end:
“32 Ozone Protection Act of the Northern Territory.”.
