New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Council or an employee of the Council may call in the aid of the police for the removal, by force if necessary, of any person:
(a) who is found committing a breach of a regulation on the Mount Panorama Circuit, or
(b) who, by disorderly or insulting conduct on the Circuit or in any public place, causes annoyance or inconvenience to persons on the Circuit or going to or from the Circuit,while it is being used for the purposes of, or in connection with, meetings for motor racing or associated events on a day or days specified in a permit.
