MOUNT PANORAMA MOTOR RACING ACT 1989 - SECT 14

14 Proceedings for offences

(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations shall be dealt with summarily before the Local Court.

(2) For the purposes of proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations, a certificate by the Minister or a prescribed officer to the effect that the owners and occupiers of land that is part of the Mount Panorama Circuit consented to an order being made under section 4 is evidence of that consent.
