MARINE PILOTAGE LICENSING ACT 1971 - SECT 50A

50A Delegation by Director-General

The Director-General may delegate the Director-General’s powers, authorities, duties and functions under this Act (except this power of delegation) to:

(a) a public servant, or

(c) any other person approved by the Minister.
