New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Director-General may, but shall not be required to, hear the pilot, exempt master or certificate holder concerned before making a decision under subsection (2) of section 8 or subsection (1) of section 10, and such a decision of the Director-General shall not be challenged in any proceedings by reason only of the Director-General’s failure to hear the pilot, exempt master or certificate holder.
