Effect and implementation of decision of Board of Review
47 Effect and implementation of decision of Board of Review
(1) An order of a Board of Review under section 46 shall have effect from the
date thereof.
(2) The Minister shall take all such steps as may be necessary
to implement an order of a Board of Review.
(3) A pilot or a
certificated person shall deliver his or her licence or certificate on demand
made by the Minister for the purpose of implementing an order of a Board of
Review. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
